长假归来,该做些什么

纠结中,还未来得及好好享受,假期便已却悄然结束,我想这是大多数外贸人的感受吧,平日里渴望长假的带来,真正放长假了,又开始莫名纠结了,既想好好玩,又担心客户和订单情况。


今天是2017年10月8号,我想大多数外贸人,从明天开始,又要周而复始自己那忙碌的工作了。


假期前Mike分享了一些邮件模板应对不同的客户,

长假归来,我们该做些什么呢?


1.)查看mailbox, 看看是否有老客户下新的订单,如果有,按照要求做好CI, ( 注意,是做好CI,不是单纯的在Email里报价),对于老客户返单,只要产品和价格变动不大,可以直接发PI或者CI请对方确认。

If ok, send us a copy of your signed CI for order confirmation.

2.)对于新的询盘,我们要观察客户的要求具体程度,以及观察客户的网站等等,分析客户的种类和购买匹配度,针对性报价,(PDF或者直接在Email里均可)。

3.) 对于假期前谈判中的新客户,尚未做出回应的,可再次进行跟进。

4.) 对于假期前所要报价表后无反应的,再次跟进,进一步确认目标产品,方便后续针对性谈判。

5.) 对于一直没动静的一次性客户和老客户,再次跟进,保持活跃,保持出现在客户眼前。

Mike最有成就感的稿子就是一直在给一位在四川的医学女博士翻译论文,发到国外的期刊杂志评级,去年的一篇翻译稿件还为她的导师获得了不菲的奖金(你懂的,虽然文字是她写的,但是博导一般都是占据头衔)
